RK makes the utmost effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products on our website. However, colors may differ due to color calibration of individual’s computer monitor, therefore, we cannot guarantee that your monitor displays the exact same colors of our products.

Please understand that our vintage items are one-of-a-kind, slight wear and tear and imperfections are expected and will be listed if notable.
Exchange Policy
At RK, we will try to do whatever we can to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. We apply strict quality checks for all items before they are mailed out to customers. Hence, we do not accept exchanges, returns or refunds. However, in the unlikely event that a wrong item is shipped to you, we will exchange the item for the correct one. Please contact us immediately if you have received a wrong item. Customers shall bear full responsibility in making sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly. We will not be responsible for lost mails with respect to exchanges. RK will bear the cost of normal postage when exchanged item is mailed back to the customer. Goods are subject to availability, if the item is out of stock, we will provide a refund for the item.
