How do I order?
1. To be able to purchase from Roccoco Kent, you will first need to register for an account with us, you may do so by signing up here.
2. Take your time, browse through our merchandize and select your desired items by adding them to your shopping bag. However, this action does not mean that your item is secured for you. You will need to complete the order process first, your items will then be confirmed and reserved for you. If you have any questions regarding any of the items, feel free to ask us by using the “ask about this item" function on each product listing or send us an email at sales@roccocokent.com.
3. Once you have finished selecting your items, please proceed to check out. Confirm your shipping address and select your preferred shipping and payment methods.
4. An order invoice will be sent to your registered email address shortly. Your items will be reserved for 48 hours.
5. Once you have made payment and notified us, we will verify your payment details and ship out your order. You will receive a notification email when your payment has been verified and order shipped out.
I have already confirmed my order, can I amend or cancel it?
Unfortunately, once your order has been confirmed, you will not be able to make changes to your items or cancel the order. You can check your orders by logging with your email address and password and going to ‘My Account’ then ‘My orders’.

I have a discount code, how do I use it?
Upon check out, simply key in the code and your total amount will be adjusted accordingly. Please note that such discount codes can only be used once per order (unless specified).
I have already made payment for my order, how do I notify Roccoco Kent of my payment details?

What if I failed to make payment within 48 hours?
To be fair to other customers, your item will be released back for sale.
I have received a defected/wrong order.

Fret not! We wash all our vintage apparel before sale, so be assured that you will be purchasing a clean and nice smelling piece of clothing.

One of our passion is travelling and discovering unique things. We source our stuff from the region and beyond as we travel. Some items come from as far as Europe!
