Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• ATM/Internet bank transfer (DBS/POSB and local inter-bank transfers)
• Paypal (credit cards and debit cards)

Master or Visa card payment via Paypal is secure. All credit cardholders are subjected to validation checks by the card issuer. Please note that if the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be able to proceed with your order.

If you have chosen to make payment via internet bank transfer, kindly make payment within 24 hours of receipt of your order invoice and inform us once you have done so. Please note that inter-bank transfers (banks other than DBS and POSB) may take 3 working days or more to process.

Once you have made payment, please email us at sales@roccocokent.com with the following details (just copy and paste the following into your email to us):

• Your name
• Order number 
• Transaction reference
• Transfer date
• Amount
• Payment method (ATM or Internet bank transfer)

Your item(s) will be held for 24 hours from the time the order invoice is sent out. If payment is not made within the given time frame, the item will be released back for sale without prior notice. 

Once we have received and verified your payments, we will proceed to mail out your purchase. You will be notified via email when your payment has been verified and your purchase has been delivered. You may also check the status of your order by logging in to your account and clicking “View the orders I have made”.

If you have placed an order but have not received the invoice from us in 24 hours, please check your spam folder and contact us through the contact form or send us an email at sales@roccocokent.com. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Delivery

Singpost handles all local and international shipping. Our shipping rates are as follows:

Local 

We advise our customers to choose registered mail to ensure that your items reach your doorsteps safely. A tracking number, which allows you to track the status of your package, will be sent to your registered email address. Estimated shipping time is 2-5 working days. We are not responsible for items lost during the mailing process.

International 

Yes! We ship internationally from Singapore. Shipping charges are generated according to the total weight of the items you purchase and your location. Estimated shipping time is 10-14 working days. However, customs delays of up to several weeks may occur occasionally. All overseas mail are registered.

Our LOW international shipping rates:

If you wish to receive your items urgently, we can ship using Singpost Speedpost EMS which is more costly, please include as a comment when checking out. We will inform you of the additional charges after your order has been confirmed. Estimated shipping time is 2-8 working days.

Please note that vintage furniture and collectibles are only available for self-collection at our shop.
